A Modern History

It all began in May of ’09. There was the elusive million dollar idea in front of them. Taunting them to grab it out of the ether and bring it into this world.

Sean and Mike sat in the sixth inning, the game forgotten when that idea sprang forth; the creation of apps. Novelties, utilities, games, the ideas flooded out. The game ended and the ideas were still there. They needed a name, a face for the world. A brand is only as strong as the ideas behind it.

A recognizable, powerful ‘S’ would lead the charge– the acquisition of Sinecure Industries. No loans, no startup capital, no silent partners. It would be them alone to do it all. Mike would be the data, the ideas, flow of irrational thought. Sean: the design, the interface, the programming, the rational focus. Collaboration siphoning the wellspring: social networking, apps, enterprise software. Sinecure Industries would expand, grow and accomplish it all.

  Sean is the creative, but logical, end of Sinecure Industries. He excels at reigning in the off-the-wall ideas and molding them into a workable product. Outside of Sinecure Sean enjoys golf, all things Disney and a good beer. Sean has been a web designer for nearly a decade and lives in New Jersey.

• Mike Mizov

  Mike is the business end of Sinecure Industries and also comes up with the more off-the-wall ideas. When he’s not doing Sinecure work he’s writing screenplays, travelling or taking an afternoon nap. Mike is in the process of obtaining his MBA from Drexel University and lives in New Jersey.
